A fun little project completed for South Country Village. This area needed wheel chair access. A permanent maintenance free solution was to build it with concrete. Bobcat compact loaders are amazing machines and can accomplish many tasks. This job was a good example. Excavation loading, placing, levelling and drilling holes needed to complete the grading and base prep for the retaining wall and ramp. Just railings and some ground cover for the inside portion and it will be ready for use.
We always like before and after shots. Even on a basic plan, turning this weedy space into an area to set up a fire pit or adding an extra parking spot. Usable and clean.
Another job done. This customer moved in 2 months ago. In 12 working days we moved 57 loads of material. A one acre lot more than 40000 sq ft of space. We supplied a low maintenance product with great curb appeal. Made some new friends in the process. Thanks to Creative Curbing, and Aqua Spray Irrigation in your role completing this project. Photos are from finish to start. Enjoy the process.

I will remember this one for a long time. Our first site visit housed construction rubble and terrible grades that resulted in 60 loads of soil brought in, levelled and shaped to allow a natural roll in the land but flat enough to have a soccer game. Added underground sprinklers, large stone accent, concrete edging black peat/loam planting beds and instant sod turned this property into a very appealing landscape. Have a look at the process!
Enjoyed turning dirt to grass today. This is a gratifying process in landscaping. It will be 100% usable in 2 weeks.
Southview Grand patio remove and replace under way. Soil conditions did not support the equipment so out with the mud and in with the gravel. Compact equipment? Just big toys for grown boys.
Creating usable spaces that will be enjoyed for years. Concrete is still one of the best building products available. Watch for photos of the completed driveway and patio.
HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!
Many customers want less work. No mowing or watering but still attractive. This front yard is a good example of what can be done. We designed a 100% maintenance free surface with a contrasting accent with stone features.
A fun break from landscaping today. Enjoyed my time helping the family brand and vaccinate this years calf crop. What a gorgeous day. Finished it off with a steak bbq. Yum
Sod is a very gratifying task. This yard transformed from dirt to grass this morning. Underground sprinklers will do the rest of the work. A beautiful day and a happy customer.
Before and after pictures are always fun. It shows it has to get ugly before it gets pretty. This one is ready for underground’s then sod. Can’t wait for the sod to go down.
This acreage owner needed a custom walkway and patio. After 12 tandem loads of spill dirt we met correct elevations to do the build and end up on final grade where surface drainage is at 2%. Thank you to Justin from Justscapes who combined a precast concrete plank with a Roman cobble paver and created a rustic appearance the customer requested. It is such a satisfying Career when you see these jobs come to reality over and over.
This is the patio close up, I forgot to add to my last post.
Prep for synthetic lawn boarded by ultimate mix high in peat for optimum growth. This customer understands the value in premium products. Watch for lawn install and plantings in the near future.
This property had poor drainage. Patio was under water in heavy rain and spring thaw. After 16 large loads excavated from 250 lineal feet we achieved 1% slope and their problems are over.
Another Great day in the Landscaping business. Happy Easter Everyone!!
