October 16 is World Spine Day! For the next two weeks, we’ll be sharing spinal facts, myth-busting beliefs, and highlighting simple ways to incorporate activity into your day. Why have a day dedicated to spinal health? An estimated one billion people worldwide suffer with spinal pain. It affects people across the life course and is the biggest single cause of disability on the planet. Effective management and prevention are therefore key and this year’s World Spine Day will be encouraging people to take steps to be kind to their spines. https://loom.ly/mmcLuo4
