FREE Seminar with Lauren Ritchie! Friday, December 4th 10:00-11:30 a.m. Lauren Ritchie’s knowledge combined with her warm personality and compassion makes for an amazing presentation on mental skills and mindfulness training for both dancers and dance educators. During the one and half hour session she will introduce the components of mental skills training, share the fundamentals of mental resilience and offer exercises for both educators and dancers to enhance feelings of calm and optimize social connection via zoom.
