Summer is in full swing! We are enjoying walking the calves and seeing the growth rate. We did a bunch of AI'ing last year including Moto Moto and a couple angus bulls. This purebred Angus bull calf out of our Soo Line Power Eye 161X daughter has been impressive since day one. We bred her on recommendation from our AI Tech to KCF Bennett TheRock which when we looked at his EPDs he was calving ease, high marbling improver and a Curve Bender. So far we like what we are seeing. He will most likely be staying in our herd for our commercial Galloway cows. #Albertafarmer #grassfedbeef #gallowaycattle #albertagalloway
