The first step in buying a home is getting a pre approval. Before shopping around there are a few important things that need to be done. A solid pre approval will not only tell you and your realtor how much you can qualify for, but it will also inform you if there is anything that needs to be taken care of before even starting that process. Sometimes there are credit cards that need to be paid down, or there could be something on your credit report that you are unaware of (mistakes do happen). I can help you prepare for meeting with a realtor, so that when you do find your dream home, you will be ready to make an offer then move in.
