We want it for the right reasons.

We believe free and fair elections, due process and integrity are fundamental values in a free society and at the heart of democracy. Unfortunately we do not see those processes taking place in the US at this time with media prematurely declaring a winner in the US presidential elections. That is not their function. At this time We are encouraging those paying close attention to proceedings to be calm, patient and allow the US legal process to to examine its own laws to determine the who prevails and who doesn't.
With a snap election looming large.. it would appear change and accountability are on the horizon. https://www.cbc.ca/amp/1.5766152
It’s 2020 but it feels like 1980 without the style. We’re once again being crippled, handcuffed and pushed to the brink, it’s cyclical. We’re poor, again and it’s by design. No one in the Laurentians enjoys Alberta’s influence. Its always meant an end to helping your connected friends, your political ally or some skeleton in the closet. They hate work.... To be successful in Alberta meant you have worked for it and likely sacrificed for it. No one comes here for a free lunch. You work and you succeed based on your own merit, or you fail. Scary as shit to those allergic to work but hard working folk came in droves and Alberta boomed in population and economic power. Alberta flourished, awash with hard working, like minded nation builders. Tradesmen and women, skilled and unskilled, the young, the opportunistic. But didn’t we enjoy the opportunity? The opportunity to succeed was there. At least, it had been. It used to be everyone’s second chance at success... all hell for a basement! Alberta gave birth to new men and women, if you wanted to change, you could find yourself here. The real you. The success story. The ass Kicker. Now, we’ve been robbed of that choice, that opportunity along with every long standing, hardworking Albertan and what they’ve built. Beggars when we should never be. That’s not who we are, that’s not our spirit. We’re at a crossroads. We can choose to take the apparently easy road, and be beholden to the government of Canada, federal assistance, welfare, CERB, the cycle. Or we can choose the difficult, but much more rewarding path of independence. We are trailblazers, frontiersmen, family oriented, we build our house, build our families and hope to put forward a better generation, a better place for our children. One with opportunity, potential, and a legacy that’s more than just a massive national debt. We’ve worked too hard to have outside forces steal our wealth and our kids future in order to enrich their own friends and family. Want a better future? Then take control of that future, our kids future. Let’s be our own masters and not leave it to those in Ottawa that would rather let you do the work.

https://www.westernstandardonline.com//https-www-westerns/ Obviously, this has massive importance for our movement. Could this be the catalyst we need to get MLAs to draw a line in the sand?
