Meet your Canidate; Running for Village Council Albertine Le Blanc Albertine has been drawn to this community, in years past she would drive from the Miramichi with her twin girls, to come visit the Blackville Park. There, she would appreciate all that Blackville had to offer. After accepting a call to Pastor Voice of Hope Ministeries Inc. in 2004 she has dedicated her life to serve the people of Blackville.
