So lovely seeing the beautiful Sharen Wesnoski after our COVID break- boy I’ve missed all your wonderful faces (even if I’m only seeing your eyes) COVID Hair vs Post COVID @goldwell

Through COVID lockdown I’ve had many clients express to me how they would like to embrace their grey a little more seeing that they have had time to let it grow and see what it looks like. Tonight Maureen Tolerton gave me a picture of what she was thinking of and I went with it full force- there was no holding me back. This process took me 5 hours, 1 foil application, 1 pre-lightner application, a lowlight application a toner and a cut and style. I can’t thank Maureen enoug...h for putting her trust in me and letting me go with my vision. Thank you for being the first of my COVID grey transformations! Also a shout out to @goldwellcanada for never letting me down. Ps. Maureen’s face mask was off only for the pictures- I needed to check her haircut properly. We practiced safe protocols the whole way through the process.

To all of you still waiting for a call back, we have been on the phone for the past two days... we are trying our best to accommodate everyone. Please remember you are being called in the order that your appointment was cancelled. Please don’t lose hope, we will get to you as soon as possible. Hello Alberto’s Hair Family! As most of you have already heard hair service will be part of the PHASE 2 to reopen in BC. As excited as we are to get back to you WE STILL DO NOT HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED. We will have new guidelines implemented once we receive all new orders, laws and procedures from our government. Not to mention all the necessary PPE needed to function as safely and effectively as possible. We have many clients that all need services done. Your ...kindness and understanding will be appreciated at this time and going forward. WE WILL BE CONTACTING THOSE OF YOU WHO HAD YOUR APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED These clients have first priority! And will be contacted as soon as we have a date! Please be patient with us as we learn to navigate our NEW NORMAL. All messages and texts will be returned as soon as possible. We will not be available at the salon to answer phone calls or receive messages there. So much time has passed and I miss you all with all my heart! We have been doing our best to try and prepare ourselves for the eventual reopening of our shop. Hi everyone! Hope you are all staying safe. Just wanted to let you know that we have brought in Nail Envy to help anyone who has had to take their artificial nails or shellac off and their nails are feeling a little weak.
