CRITICAL UPDATE We remain open as "auto repair" was deemed an essential service. This situation is very fluid, and we are taking every step to advance our processes to meet the circumstances we encounter. Our staff, suppliers and their team are following guidelines for "social distancing" to ensure customer and employee safety.... Understanding the steps we are taking: Our staff has been instructed to stay at home if they are exhibiting any flu-like symptoms whatsoever. Effective immediately, our waiting room is not available for the foreseeable future. Please call or text us in advance if you plan to visit. 905-857-8413 If you do not feel comfortable leaving the house, we can pick up your vehicle, perform the service or repair and deliver it back to your residence free of charge. (Within Bolton) We rigorously maintain hygiene and cleaning practices, including increased frequency of cleaning common, high contact areas such as countertops, door handles and the payment terminal and pin pad is wiped down after every use. Also, we have increased cleaning and sanitizing efforts in all areas of our office, shop and washrooms. All delivery drivers and suppliers visiting our location have been asked to observe social distancing guidelines and will not exchange materials with our staff. YOUR VEHICLE: All staff wear masks when occupying your vehicle as well as wearing gloves when in contact with the interior including but not limited to the steering wheel, shifter, turn signal levers, door handles and armrests. Our priority is the health and safety of our customers, as well as our staff and our community. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we adapt our activities to meet the demands of the situation.
