Want to learn how to use acupressure points to stimulate your body’s natural healing response? Check out my wonderful Qi Gong teacher, Lee Holden’s virtual Acup...ressure & Meridians for Self-Healing Workshop on November 8th. You’ll learn how to use acupressure like an energetic first aid kit. You can use what you learn to help relieve pain and activate your body’s self-healing powers at any time. As well as a unique combination of both acupressure and Qi Gong to amplify the healing effects of both practices. And which acupressure points to use to help relieve yourself (and others) from common ailments such as headaches, immune system imbalance, low back pain, and more. As a coach for almost 30 years, I have come to see that my purpose is to help people find the light within them, connect with that light, learn how to turn up t...he brightness, and shine inside and out. (Yes, I know I have the best job!) So this Thanksgiving, during this challenging time, I wanted to do my part to remind us all about something simple yet powerful that profoundly changes our lives so much for the better! Being thankful. Here is a small sample of what’s on my list this year I am eternally thankful for my daughter, my son-in-law, and my beautiful grandchildren (who make me smile and laugh and love more than I ever thought possible!) I am thankful for my wonderful dog, and our walks in the woods and the neighbourhood. I am thankful for my friends old, very old, and new. And for my health. For my clients who value my work. For my curious mind. For my ability to be passionate like my father, and to see the glass half full like my mother. I am grateful for the kindness of others. For the inspiration I find all around me. (And for my willingness to look for it, and let it in.) I am grateful for good food, and the fact that I can afford to eat healthfully. And for delicious lattes made with 10% cream. And during COVID, I am especially thankful for the library, and all the wonderful novels I’ve been enjoying. And for Qi Gong which I love and practice every single day... Your turn! Please share some of what you are thankful for, and shine your light! Happy Thanksgiving!
