Alchemy Vibrations

The energy has been so intense on a collective level recently. Do you feel it? I do. I've been feeling drained, unmotivated and feeling the need to hibernate and explore the depth of my soul.... A lot of uncomfortable things have been popping up that needs healing. A lot has to do with speaking my truth and using my voice Most of our triggers or Cyclic behaviours are unconscious coming from the "Shadow self" which is the repressed, ignored or unconscious part of ourselves. Most of the decisons we make comes from the unconscious due to conditioning or programming starting in childhood. Today I acknowledge my triggers and fuel them with Love. My triggers guide me to what needs healing and in that discovery I choose to release the same old patterns. Crystal Singing Bowl SoundBath Here I am. Not singing a tune from the radio or singing someone else's song. In this video captures my soul expressing through sounds with nothing pre-planned, just feeling without trying to please.... - - I have been afraid to be vulnerable and show up authenticly mostly on social media. Yet my soul screams CREATIVITY and craves EXPRESSION and craves CONNECTION with like-minded souls! Why? Why I asked..Why am I afraid to put myself out there? Maybe a part of me is afraid someone will mock me? Maybe because I seek validation from others? - - Got to relfect on this New Moon, set some new intentions and realised how much I criticized myself. These insecurities came from my own self judgement, the story that I kept believing that "I am not enough and don't know enough" to show up. I am done with that. Because I AM ENOUGH. You will notice in this video, I rarely sing words. Words can be limitting because of it's already given meaning. I express from my heart through Source. I Love Creating and Holding space for others.
