Well, shucks #thunderbay Much thanks to @thewalleye and everyone who voted for this round of Thunder Bay’s best! I can be humble and acknowledge that there is a lot of talent in the city (hair related and not... check out my super talented biz partner @stylebyjillian_ ). Being fresh in my professional hair career has brought forth some critiques- some say it’s too early for me to be running my own business, some say I needed to earn my spot in the hair game.... Well guess ...what! I can also be proud and exclaim how hard I’ve freakin’ worked to get here. Yeah, I took the plunge and sought out some of the best education I could get in Canada. (Thank you, @avedainstitutetoronto) Yeah, I worked my ass off in school where I graduated at the top of my class, got several job offers at high end hair salons in Toronto and had my work showcased by #aveda globally. Yeah, my passion fueled my manic obsession with all things hair. I pushed myself and my craft so that I could excel in whatever way I could.
