Us, again. We appreciate your encouraging messages and commitment to continuing your practice. We've heard your questions, so let's see if we can address a few of them now, for everyone. Jennie and Cree are good. We promise Our connection may have started with yoga, but it's always been much more than that. There was no falling out. We've already heard that going around and we need to squash that right now! To say anything otherwise is completely false and does not reflect ...our friendship at all. Our focus has always been on holding space for you to practice yoga. With Cree on one side of the border and Jennie on the other, it's not straightforward. By shifting location, Jennie can keep yoga going for those who want to practice with her. If you’ve practiced with us, you know it's never been about the physical space. It's about community, your connection to movement and breath, your magic carpet a.k.a the yoga mat, and finding the flow state on and off your mat. Back in June, Jennie posted that props were available for purchase. Way back then (it seems so long ago), we knew any form of reopening would be easier if you had personal props or props that could be held exclusively for your use. Many of you have expressed interest in buying equipment. If that is your intention, please private message us and we will find a way to get them to you. Our hope is for you to continue your practice in whatever place or form that is best for you.

Hey, yoga fam. We've been tossing around various ideas to reopen. Jennie's decided she's going to teach some classes at @PureZen, so be sure to get your yoga on there. Bethany's cooking up some plans as well. And, Cree will be holding classes as soon as she can cross the border with minimal quarantine. Sometimes home sweet home feels very far away.

Hello beautiful yogis I hope this day is finding each of you happy, healthy and well! Just a quick update - with the changing of seasons and the fact most people want to be outside in the summer- I am going to take the summer off of online teaching. ... If anyone is interested in doing an outdoor class for Summer let me know We will reassess come fall with the changing of the seasons whether to continue to offer classes online or hopefully start teaching live classes again, if things stay settled with Covid cases Please continue to find your way to your mats by using our library for classes, finding another online site or if you would like to go to a studio in the mean time, Tamara’s Pure Zen studio has re-open again in downtown Woodstock. Please take care and stay safe, healthy and happy We will also be selling our props in the studio as well and will be posting our props and prices soon.
