Aldergrove Skating Club

Our skaters had so much fun bringing some holiday spirit to the rink this week! We had lots of creative outfits and the development skaters did little group routines to some Christmas music to add a little fun to the last week of skating for 2020. We hope everyone enjoys their winter break. See you back on the ice January 4th!... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

The Township of Langley and Skate Canada BC/YK Section have confirmed that we can continue our skating sessions at ACUCC. All skating sessions will proceed as scheduled, with strict physical distancing requirements. Please note that this may change at anytime. We will continue to update you through Uplifter emails, and on our facebook page. ... Be aware that beginning tomorrow, Nov. 9, we are implementing a new mask policy requiring skaters, volunteers and spectators to wear masks. Thank you for your cooperation, as we all work together to keep each other as safe as possible.

FUNDRAISING UPDATE! We have LOTS of fundraisers on the go this fall. Pick your favourite, or do them all, and help support our skaters and our club this season. Happy Halloween! We hope everyone had a great night and stayed safe this Halloween. Our skaters had fun wearing their costumes ALL WEEK LONG to skating, check out some costume highlights from our sessions this week!

Due to the pandemic, our usual AGM & Awards Night, held every April, was postponed. Last Saturday, it was great to finally be able to safely recognize a handful of our skaters' hard work from last season. We love our skaters and are so grateful to have been able to give them some recognition for all their dedication to this sport and to our club. We appreciate everyone coming out on a very windy day to receive their awards, and our volunteers for making this possible!
