You bake croissants became a big request this Christmas. Chocolate almond are a twice bake so they are super easy to do at home, just defrost slightly and bake. Unbaked croissants are a bit trickier but many people took them home for Christmas Day. I’d love to hear how they turned out! Ps coffee by @man_in_the_woods_coffee makes a perfect combination. What’s the Ruth Project? Ruth is a woman our daughter met in Kenya. Ruth has 5 of her own children and now has her deceased sister’s 2 children. She is raising all these children on her own as her husband is in absentia. She does housekeeping at the local college where our daughter met her, raises chickens and a cow, grows corn, and has a garden. She has struggled as we all have with the covid life and this has been exacerbated by a drought. She now needs back surgery requiri...ng a $450 (US) deposit.
