If you know me personally I love Arnold Schwarzenegger! I think he is one of the most determined, inspirational and hard working individuals in the whole world, he is who one of those people I aspire to be like and use his journey as motivation to always strive head-strong towards my goals! Not able to lose weight? Also staying up watching Netflix until 1 a.m when you have to be up by 7 a.m for work?probably not the best option but their are techniques and ways around this! So you can start today and it will only get easier in time. Speaking of time, Time management isn’t a easy thing for everyone, I was a total night owl for most of my life but when I finally got the job I wanted it required me to be up at 6 a.m so I had to adapt. Otherwise I was putting my se...lf at risk of: moodiness. fatigue. irritability. depressed mood. difficulty learning new concepts. forgetfulness. inability to concentrate. And that just wasn’t going to fly with me especially because my job requires me to be at full attention otherwise I could be badly injured or worse. The ways I did that were 1.) making sure to shut off the TV at least an hour towards my goal set bedtime. 2.) herbal tea in that last hour 3.) reading a book/magazine for 15 minutes before shutting off the light 4.) hungry late at night? Stick to veggie or nuts. Note: Fruit is high sugar and may give you an energy boost (which is great through the day but not the best when going to bed) so try to avoid it. 5.) Put the phone away, blue light decreases your bodies natural melatonin levels. Any questions on meal scheduling and/or sleep aid? Let me know! Send me a DM.
