Will screen you for COVID-19 (before the appointment and when ...you arrive) Will ask you to wear a clean well fitted mask Will ask you to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you arrive and before you leave I will wash my hands with soap and water thoroughly and regularly, including before and after treatment I will wear a medical mask & a face shield whenever within two metres of you and during treatment Items used during treatment will be cleaned and disinfected after each patient. Happy hump day! Let's look at spinal mobility. This is a simple movement you can do everyday to stretch and warm up the spine. . Start in a comfortable tabletop position (on hands & knees) As you inhale lift your chest and sits bones toward the ceiling, letting your belly sink to the floor.... *When you lift, keep your shoulders down from your ears* As you exhale, round your spine toward the ceiling and release your head toward the floor And repeat this cycle 10 times. Looking to give your low back a break? Your glutes play an important role in your lumbar spine health. It can be as easy as a squeeze. . Start by laying on your back with your feet on the floor Tuck your pelvis, squeeze your glutes and lift! Keeping the squeeze in your glutes, slowly lower back down to the floor... And repeat, it's that simple! Try 10 reps a day and see how you feel at the end of the week. Did it make a difference? Keep at it and track your progress.
