What does hiring a Doula look like during a pandemic? Those in person meetings can now be moved over to zoom! We will meet over zoom or the phone for your prenatal’s and will get you all prepared for your birth! There is support over text and email from the moment you hire me, and I will be on call for your birth 24/7 from 35-42 weeks. I’ll show up fully for you all masked up

There are so many conversations about pregnancy loss these days. Either we are more open to talking about it or there is just more loss. I want to be there to support you through it. My pregnancy loss services are free to whoever needs it. I am here to guide you, give you information, help you navigate different options, and hold space for you. When you are the one going through the pain it is hard to know what you need and how to take care of yourself. You don’t need to be in Kelowna for this, I can be there for you over video or the phone.
