Today in The Wall Street Journal's new Experience report, I cover a growing problem in the research and marketing world: feedback fatigue. I myself get aggravated by the sheer volume of survey requests I receive -- and not just because they contribute to #email #overload. I'm concerned that companies are sabotaging their ability to get useful #customer #insight and provide great #customerexperience, simply because they're asking for too much feedback, too often. So I spoke with a bunch of experts on #CX and #marketresearch, and got their take on this growing problem.
