Hey Folks! The 2nd Alexandria Western Rodeo is THIS WEEKEND!! We are starting the weekend off right with Ring of Fire: A Johnny Cash Experience on Friday night, followed by a day of astonishing rodeo events and an evening of Against The Wind - Canada's Bob Seger Tribute Show and Strait Country: A Tribute to George Strait (Nelson Colt & The Riders & Nelson Colt)!!

ATTENTION LOCALS: DEADLINE IS TOMORROW! Want to compete at Alexandria Western Rodeo but don't have a rodeo membership card to the ACEC or CCA? Good news - you can! Call the entry line on Monday August 11th between 6-10pm and tell the secretary you want to enter on a permit. A permit is $40 on top of your entry fees. It covers your insurance in the arena. You must call 514-927-6336 during the time above just like the other contestants. Have a credit card number ready to hold your spot. You must still pay in cash at the rodeo. Call back on Wednesday August 13th between 6-8pm to find out when you will be competing. See you on the rodeo trail!

The 2nd Annual Alexandria Western Rodeo is just 2 weeks away!! Who is getting ready for a weekend packed with fun, excitement and some pretty kick ass night life!?

The rodeo is only 4 weekends away!!!! Am I dreaming?! We are getting super excited for all of the wicked fun and entertaining events that are in store. Note to parents: Our "Kid's Corner" is filling up with more activities for the little ones. Children 12 and under are FREE.

Repost: Alexandria Western Rodeo Entry Information for Contestants Alexandria Western Rodeo are both ACEC first sanctioned rodeos (dual sanctioned with the CCA). Entries need to be done through the ACEC office at 514-927-6336. Alexandria entry date: Monday August 11th, 2014 6-10pm... Callbacks: Wednesday 13th, 2014 6-8pm ***Information for contestants wishing to enter on a PERMIT - The ACEC does allow permits for $40.00. You must have a credit card number ready to enter on a permit. The credit card will only be charged if you do not show up at the rodeo. You are still required to pay your entry fees in cash at the rodeo. Permit holders can win money but monies won will not count towards the CCA, ACEC or New Holland/Wildhorse Productions finals.
