What will you do? Breath some fresh air while getting some exercise and getting to meet a bunch of cool new people in your neighborhood! -Generate window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning and siding cleaning customer leads through door-to-door marketing offering free estimates. You can make between $14-$25+ per hour depending on your performance! -Schedule estimates for local student production managers -Potential to learn to perform estimates and schedule work if succeeding... in generating leads What's this thing all about? -Work in a fast paced environment, can't be bored here! -Performance based pay - the harder you work and more skills you build, the most you will earn! -The ability to set your own schedule (work takes place on evenings and weekends) -Work local! Window Cleaning Crew Member: This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable, and has effective communication skills. This role will involve both physical window cleaning as well as other marketing and customer-service duties in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Elements of the position include: Fast paced, fun environment Skill... development with customer service, communication and some selling skill Opportunities for advancement both this summer as well as future summers Full-time beginning in May through July/August Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together if you wish Qualifications & Benefits: Able to work full-time throughout the summer (32-40 hours/week). Must have transportation to and from work (job site locations may change daily) Starting pay at $11-12/hr with opportunities to increase with performance Additional bonuses will depend on your performance and the criteria established by your manager. We’ve been collecting money to donate winter supplies such as gloves, hats, scarves, toiletries and other items kids need, but not might have access to.
