Core and arms!! #pilatesondemandchallenge Try this bird dog variation! Start in a quadruped position just like you would a regular bird dog but this time try adding a small weight to your hand. Extend your arm and opposite leg and then try bringing your arm out to the side and repeat on the other side! Try 5-10 reps per side to start! Start in boat pose and focus on drawing your belly button in towards your spine. Then try opening your arms in the shape of the letter ...C, hold for a few seconds and then bring your arms together and repeat! #dailyexercise #athletictherapy #decemberchallenge

Tired of doing planks? Challenge yourself with the plank knee tap! Start in plank position and hold and then tap your knees down for a few seconds and then bring them back up and repeat x 10! #pilatesondemandchallenge #dailyexercise #plankkneetaps #athletictherapy
