I wish I had more confidence. Why can’t I just be happy? I wish I understood what’s wrong with me.... Have you ever had these thoughts? Let me bring you in on a little secret. You’re not alone and there’s nothing wrong with you. I used to judge myself and experience these thoughts A LOT. Hey, haven’t we all? Let me bring you in on another secret. I still do. Just way less and they don’t stay with me like they used to. There’s no escaping judgement, the only way to NOT let it affect you is deeper self-understanding and the skill of presence. What has changed is my attitude. How I think and how I process emotions and thoughts. What’s changed is understanding myself on a deeper spiritual, psychological and emotional level and learning how to regulate my emotions that lead to stress, doubt, negative thinking, fear, conflict and self-judgement. These things can create so much suffering within us that perpetuates like a vicious cycle and a really bad joke. Like wtf brain? Why you do that? Learning how to process and regulate our emotions and thoughts, especially in the modern digital age, is an ART and a necessary SKILL to live a happy, confident and a personally successful and meaningful life. I’m extremely passionate about helping my clients cultivate and sustain that inner-strength and deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions and behaviors so they can awaken to their true POWER. So they can feel calm, confident and focused to lead their lives with clarity and joy no matter what’s going on out there. I’m launching an 8 week Mindfulness & Self-Discovery journey in the upcoming weeks and I’m looking for 5 participants who want to be able to generate the joy and confidence they need to achieve their goals in life. When I first started my coaching career I was working with a coach who asked me if I was open to guiding meditations as I had good voice for it. Calm and powerful I believe is how he put it. So I tried it out and I realized I had a natural ability for it....
