This one didn’t last long but I’m not surprised as it was a beautiful house in a great community. 24 hours on the market, two offers and sold $120k over asking. I’m surprised at the outcome as we were only slightly underpriced, but sometimes all it takes is a buyer who wants a house bad enough to give it their all. She’s up and she’s magnificent. Managed to get her set up and dressed up before my surgery last week and now I get to enjoy her every day as I recover. Growing up in Poland, we always got a real Christmas tree and the smell reminds me of my childhood and of the season. For the past few years I also had a real one but each year, it fell over at least twice, creating a total mess and breaking my ornaments. This year, I couldn’t chance that on crutches so I bought an artificial one to make it easy on myself. What do you guys have at home? Real or artificial trees?
