While I was away, the monthly statistics report came out for May, and the numbers don't lie! "May’s property sales in the Fraser Valley reached the highest they’ve been in seven years with... an increase of 18 per cent compared to May 2013 and 11 per cent more than in April". This makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. :D
