Community-supported agriculture (CSA model) is a system that connects the producer and consumers within the food system more closely by allowing the consumer to subscribe to the harvest of a certain farm or group of farms.

A very old recipe that I updated a little bit with maple syrup. (of course) You can add what you'd like before baking such as raisins, craisins or blueberries. ...I like to serve them with a salted, maple caramel sauce that I make. SCONES 2 cups flour 1/4 cup margarine (Golden Crisco) 2 tbsp. maple syrup (1/4 cup sugar) 2 tsp. baking powder milk to mix Form into a round. Score in triangles. Bake at 350F for ~ 15 min.

Yes, it is OFFICIAL! Bellevue Farms Country Kitchen is now a supplier with our e-line country store. Michelle uses traditional and proven recipes honed with lots of practice to our baked good section starting with a variety of sourdough breads. Ooooo good!

CSA's Community Supported Agriculture. Each week of the 18 week program you would receive 7-8 in season items. The three plans A,B,C, will have the same items but the quantity becomes more as you move from A to B and B to C. It is like a surprise box of locally produced foods.
