UPDATE ON THE SEASON!!! We just had a meeting with Slo-Pitch Ontario and had some good news! They have not cancelled our season yet. They are currently working on policies and procedures for the season IF given the go ahead. They are in constant communication with the government and the proper health associations as to a safe way, and time, to start. We are NOT there yet and have no date as to when it may start, however this is positive news. As soon as we get the policies we will post them for viewing. Please continue to send in your registrations so we can continue to plan the league for this summer. Please do NOT send any money as of yet. Please check back for updates.

Updated on the situation with covid19 and our softball league! We have recently had a zoom call with Slo-Pitch Ontario as to the what will happen with our season moving forward. As Ontario is still in a state of emergency and all non-essential services are closed as of now our season's start date is up in the air. However, once we get the okay from Slo-Pitch Ontario we plan on having a league this summer, it may look different or have a shorter timeline, however we a...ll feel that once the kids are able to get outside again and we can have the league, the kids will be eager to play. That all being said we have opened registration for the season. IF we can start on-time the registration cost will be $140. However, as we don't know about start times, we are asking you to register your child to play, so we can plan the season, teams, jerseys etc, we do NOT want you to send payments. As we may have to change the amount of games, etc we may have to adjust the registration costs also. We also recognize that this is a very difficult time financially for many families, so we want to ease that burden by not taking payments at this time. Once we are okay to resume the season, we will work with all families for payments and timelines they are due. Please get your registration in ASAP so we can start the planning process. See you at the field soon!

Closure of Outdoor Sports Field As you may be aware, in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 and keep people home, the Government of Ontario has extended associated emergency measures to include the closure of all outdoor recreational amenities including outdoor sports fields effective March 31, 2020. We would appreciate your support in sharing this message with your members and players to encourage them to refrain from use of fields even for individual practice purposes.... In addition, this closure will affect how you have traditionally organized your league and season schedules as it may not be feasible to open municipal outdoor sports fields by May 19th. Keep in mind once the emergency measures are lifted staffing and field preparations will also need to be completed. We will keep you informed regarding field availability based on the mandated associated emergency measures.
