Good evening everyone, I went into parent portal today to check on the next quadmester. Thank goodness I did, as Brody for example has been changed to a new cohort for next semester. Please double check so you send on the right day of school :) Have a great weekend!!! Secondary school timetables are now ready for Quadmester 2. In some cases, a student's cohort has changed to ensure a balance in the classes. Cohort information will be on the timetable.

Hi everyone Tammy is half way thru her calls tonight and will be finishing tomorrow night! Thanks everyone

Hi everyone, the board has decided on the grad and Tammy will be calling families tonight (she is calling from her cell so please pick up if you don't recognize the name but I think it will say Bryan Cloutier) Grad will be outside the office at the school and there will be a backdrop, flowers, balloons etc for picture.... Mrs. Bruce/Mr Wrights class will be scheduled in for Nov 9 and Mrs. Crown's class will be on Nov. 10. Each student will be scheduled in for 10 min timeslots to be sure we get through everyone. This is restricted to immediate family only per student. Each night will be 4-7pm When Tammy calls you will be able to book in your time slot. Students will get their certificate (and award if they are getting one) and also a video with a message from Sherry, Jenny, Wayne and the valedictorians. I don't think yearbooks will be in by then BUT no worries, we will make sure each student gets theirs. Students will also be getting a gift and if that is not finished that night, I can distribute with the year books so no problem there. I know it wasn't the alternative we were hoping for BUT it's better than nothing and they are going to do their very best. Thanks Melissa

Parent portal has the schedules released now for next week. Start times are on schedule and double check your cohorts. Good luck to all of our kids as they start grade 9!

FYI, the parent portal will release schedules tomorrow, but you can check now to see what COHORT your student is in. Gives you an idea at least if you are starting in person on Monday or not.
