BARRIE MORGAN STAYING CURRENT AIR CANADA UNIVERSITY GLOBAL SALES ACTA offer a number of Specialist Programs as part of their support to earning additional hours towards the 1,800 hour requirement for the Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) Certificate. ... The CTC examination and the certificate are covered by our Modules 11 and 12 in our online program. In January 2017, I took the Air Canada University Global Sales Certificate and earned their Air Canada Expert (ACE) designation. The online courses included in the original certificate were: Air Canada Leisure Group Premium Products & Priority Services Network & Connectivity Fleet & Cabin Comfort Business Solutions Air Canada Orientation Air Canada Expert (ACE) Certification Exams 2018 Express Certification Air Canada have since updated and expanded the curriculum, and have now added: Additional Products Services and Tools Airport Experience Fleet and Classes of Service New Routes What's New Barrie has passed these additional courses and the University has now issued a new certificate.
