We remain OPEN during the Province-wide lockdown and are continuing to see patients in clinic by appointment only. Any appointments you currently have booked at the clinic will carry on as scheduled. We understand that some of you may not be comfortable with in person appointments at this time. Counselling services can easily be converted to Telehealth appointments if you prefer, and all appointments can be canceled without penalty with 24 hours notice.... Due to the rigorous measures already taken at the clinic, your experience at Aligned Health will look no different after Ontario enters into lockdown than it did before December 26th. The health and safety of our patients and team continues to be our top priority. Screening procedures are in place with strict disinfection procedures in-between visits and precautions in place. As a reminder, here’s what you need to know prior to your appointment: - No additional people are permitted at the appointment unless accompanying a minor or a patient requires assistance - 24 hour’s prior to your appointment, you will receive a COVID-19 screening form by email to be completed prior to your arrival. This is mandatory. - Remain in your vehicle until your appointment time. Your therapist will unlock the door at your appointment time and guide you in. - Masks are mandatory and most be worn, properly covering the nose, mouth and chin. - Use the hand sanitizer available upon entry - Whenever possible, cashless payments are preferred - Please do not come if you are feeling sick We know that the holidays will look and feel different and want to encourage everyone to follow the guidelines provided by Public Health and the Government of Ontario.
