Self Talk - I'm always shocked when I hear people call themselves names or speak poorly of themselves when they make a simple everyday mistake. The words we use about ourselves, to ourselves are heard by our subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind does NOT understand sarcasm and takes everything literal. Speak positively about yourself,to yourself and you'll likely discover you start feeling better ABOUT yourself
Every night, just before you fall asleep. Spend a moment to examine your day. You will be looking for a positive, pleasant part of the day to think about. This positive thought may come from something very unique and unusual, something as simple as a smile from another person, a pleasant passing thought, or generated from a song. By intentionally starting and ending your day with a positive thought or memory, you are sending a powerful signal to your subconscious mind that you are just fine. And this will improve your life physically, mentally and spiritually.
Choices, choices, choices!
