With Stage 2 of the economic reopening kicking off today in Toronto, we are hopeful that members of our community will continue to be cautious and respectful to each other, keeping a social distance and wearing masks in places, where space is not an option. While much of Toronto reopens today, we feel it is necessary to close our little shop that has worked tirelessly to keep its doors open, throughout this health and economic crisis. Our staff need to rest their bodies and minds, and we feel the need to implement some permanent changes to our business moving forward. Alimentari 2.0! We look forward to reopening on Saturday, to serve you all, after we have all had a few days off to rest, reflect, and reenergize! We thank you for your loyal support during this time, and we look forward to beating this COVID-19, once and for all!!!

We’ve been busy cooking all kinds of deliciousness at Alimentari, including this little ham named Willem! He popped out of the oven on Tuesday and is keeping us busy during this isolation time. We look forward to sharing him with all of you, post-pandemic!
