TOOLS: One of the many tools I decided to add to my practice was designated taping techniques in improving form and function. RockTape in particular is the specific brand and tool I decided to learn from, as their tape has shown to provide a stronger connection due to an increased adhesive under the tape. I have used this in various settings thus far in practice, from athletic injuries, to motor vehicle accident injuries, to postural improvement. As the tape is not designed t...o replace physical conservative or medical care, this is a tool I use frequently alongside my care to yield better results for patients.
