I know that most of us aren’t traveling at the moment, but I’m so proud to introduce this new initiative at Toronto’s Pearson airport. The Hidden Disabilities p...rogram has launched the Sunflower Lanyard for kids (and adults) with hidden disabilities, to ease the airport experience for some of our vulnerable travelers. When they see the lanyard, the security, gate, and check-in staff will make sure to be make the experience as sensory-friendly as possible. This program has already been implemented in London’s Heathrow, with great success, and will be rolling out to an airport near you soon! The details are in the form. I’m a huge supporter of wearing masks... but I want you to focus on what Brenda Ferland Agnew says..... the rest of us wear masks so people like Mclain who can’t don’t have to. Indigo, Chapters and Coles your staff missed the mark. Not only were they not looking at the entire picture, they forgot to put the number one rule of customer service... put people first. #fail
