AS WE’RE SURE YOU’VE HEARD... WE GOT THE GO AHEAD TO RE-OPEN!!! We have a ton to finalize now that we know how we can re-open, we will be re-open for HAIR SERVICES (the spa remains closed) as of Tuesday January 26th). We will be operating at 25% (we were at 50% previously), for that reason it will take us a little longer to rebook all of our missed appointments.... We will be contacting our clients who had cancelled appointments during our closure, starting on November 12th, FIRST, we kindly ask that you wait to hear from us (we’ll all be working on our schedules over the next few days). Once all of our cancelled appointments are rebooked, we will start to contact our waiting list. You can email us to be added to our waiting list. We will send an email out tomorrow with all the details (you can sign up to receive this update on the main page of our website), please know we will only be booking the next 3 weeks, since we do not know what our capacity restrictions will be in 3 weeks time when these orders expire. In cased you missed it, the Province announced today that the current public health order that is keeping salons & spas closed, has been extended another 2 weeks. If you have an appointment in the next 2 weeks, it has been cancelled. We will be in touch to rebook any closure cancelled appointments once we have a reopening date. Didn’t have an appointment scheduled during our closure? Don’t fret, you can email us: your name, requested service and service provider and we will... add you to our Waiting List. Please Note: waiting list request emails, will not be replied to, but rest assured we will add you! Once all cancelled appointments have been rebooked, we will start to contact our waiting list. Take Care everyone, two more weeks (hopefully)... we got this!

SURPRISE We took apart what was left of our holiday kits today and we’ve put a select few products on major sale in the ‘SALE’ tab of our online store. The Image Skincare products are 15% off because they do not have their normal packaging!! These will go fast so scoop them up while you can!

Now that we are back & caught up in the shop, we have some updates for you on the current situation. We await the Province’s decision as to whether or not the current Public Health Orders will be extended further or if they will expire at the end of the week. Until further notice here’s what’s up: ONLINE STORE Our online store is back up & running, you can place & pay for product orders for contactless pick up or delivery. This week, we will be here for pick ups between 1...1 - 2, Tues & Thurs. COLOR KITS They are going out tomorrow, Tues Jan 5th & then that’s it for this week (if you placed an order, you should have been contacted already by Janelle to schedule pick up / delivery). Should we be able to reopen, this service will no longer be available next week, if we remain closed, we will update at the end of the week with the schedule for next week. VIRTUAL FACIALS This service is currently on hold, until further notice. We will ressume next week if we are unable to re-open. RE-OPENING If we are able to re-open later this week, we will be doing exactly what we did last time. We will be contacting everyone who had appointments cancelled due to the closure, starting with appointments on November 12th, to get you rebooked. We have no idea what capacity restrictions will look like should we be able to re-open, for that reason and many more, we will each be rebooking in our own way that works with our schedule. If you do/did not have an appointment during our closure, when we have a reopening date, we will be starting a waiting list to which you can be added. We will start to contact the waiting list AFTER all cancelled appointments have been contacted & rescheduled. GET THE INFO FIRST We know you all are eager to see us, we are SO eager to see you.
