Joshua Wolf Shenk talks about how Abraham Lincoln also fought clinical depression all his life. Joshua went back in history to the early 1800's as he studies about Lincoln, and other studies that were done about him and his depression.

"I started blogging in 2002. When I migrated my blog from Moveable Type to Wordpress in 2011, I unpublished a lot of my archives because they needed to be reformatted. Many of those early entries aren't very substantial. Before Facebook and Twitter, a blog was where you shared links to other people's articles and websites. I love New Father Chronicles. This is a video I watch when I need cheering up. I have watched it a lot. I watch it with my son, Nico. Then we spend the next few days saying, "Look at me, look at me, look!" to each other. The footage is priceless but the editing really elevates it.
