I used to worry about everything until I realized it was holding me back. . . When I was trained in NLP I worried about whether I would be good at it....and as a result I didn't take on any NLP clients.....and what did that achieve....it resulted in me not being able to help to the extend that I am capable of. .... . Sure I used many of the techniques in my weight loss coaching but in NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) we work with clients to release negative emotions. The BIG 5 are Anger, Sadness, Fear, Hurt and Guilt. .
