A fan writes: Tessa introduced me to The Metabolic Balance program in 2016 and it has truly changed my life and done absolute wonders for my confidence! I have tried and failed at many diets. I just could not lose that 20 pounds and keep it off; I always gained it back. On the Metabolic Balance program not only have I lost the excess weight but have managed to keep it off to this day-5 years on! I continue to use the principles of the plan and the knowledge I gained about food and health from my coach, Tessa, who supported and guided me along the way. Thank you. Barb

Pan roasted grapes in a shallot white wine sauce. Served with roasted pork tenderloin . I have to say the grapes were the star. Dark and slightly shrivelled with an intense flavour. An elegant and delicious dish.
