I am still looking for two able-bodied carpenters if interested please email me your resume at [email protected] or give me a phone call 705-358-0502
So I’ve been working two weeks in the bush which I absolutely love trying to help a client get his ground work done I really honestly can’t explain it until I take pictures once the concrete settles we will be tearing the roof off of the home and replacing it
Removed a load bearing wall plus a load bearing 2 x 10 two ply beam and replaced it all with a 22 foot long 14 inch two ply LVL beam
Well Unfortunately the trusses which were to replace the old roof do not work. They were constructed wrong. Someone in the due diligence area of things when it came to measuring @($//// it up. I feel sorry for the homeowners.
Two carpenter positions available. First position I am looking for an individual who possesses 10 years plus of framing and renovation experience , strong leadership skills a must. Second position this person is to possess five years plus of framing and renovation experience. Both need to have reliable transportation , both need to own a hardhat ,work boots,a complete tool belt and working at heights certificate. Please email resumes to [email protected]
Taking the whole roof off of this home and replacing it with a new one.
Lazy Rock Resort’s finished breaker panel building.
8 x 23 foot deck addition.
Helped out a home owner expecting a Champoux home. Installed the pressure treated 2 x 8 sill plates.
Lazy Rock’s A frame complete.
A 8 x 16 floating dock for Lazy Rock Resort here in Mattawa.
Lazy Rock’s breaker panels were not enjoying these extreme temperatures. So we built an air conditioned building for them.
Shored up the upper floor and wall / roof system , removed an existing triple 2 x 10 beam system. Removed the box joist and cut back the floor joist to allow for a double 12 inch lvl beam system.
Was very happy to have indoor work while the temperature outside is crazy. The existing beam system which carried the above 2 x 6 balloon framing and the balloon framed wall to the left of the beam load point was to be removed. Then dealing with a 22 foot opening we cut the studs off and installed three 16 inch lvl beams to carry the above wall , ceiling and roof load.
Installed Lazy Rock’s highway sign yesterday.
