I have been struggling for twenty years of dealing with intense first world isolation. The isolation that allows me to think clearly about people interactions and the art of fitting in strategies. I always failed both categories , clearly so , and why is that. Because I know by heart tha...t it is an essential part of my calling to be or not to be an artist. Art takes tremendous time in isolation. I don’t choose to do art anything. But I know now I was a chosen one by higher power to become one pinprick artist full of pain and beauty. I have no Childhood memories of wanting to be one but then one very very sad marriage ago that my need to look after my kids without friendships distractions and topping with breaking down of marriage. It was Happening me coped using poetry, dance, and occasional painting. To reduce bad funk vibe. Nowadays, things about my life is still unbelievably stressful but more then ever I need art more then trying to fix relationships. Finally, I know I have gain phenomenal patience to simply create my beautiful piece of work and watching myself falling in love with myself. As a testament to how much people appreciated what we offered at the restaurant, we were voted to the 'A List' as 'Best Thai Restaurant in the Tri-Cities' for the 7th year in a row. The sad thing about this is a lot of confused people are showing up to the restaurant and finding it is no longer there.

I am looking for an electrician and carpenter for some work I need done around my house. Does anybody have any recommendations for someone in the Tri-city or Maple Ridge area? I prefer to support local businesses if I can.

Well it has been a while since our last update. We have had an amazing amount of support from our friends and customers over the closing of the restaurant. I've been meeting a surprising number of business owners who have gone through the same scenario we did... Landlord sells building to developer and you are then forced out of your location without compensation. I still get approached by people on the street telling me how much they miss our food. Yupa is currently work...ing on the 'All Thai'd Up' cookbook as well as finishing her first book of Poetry/Photography, which should be released sometime next month. We would like to thank all of you for the all the overwhelming support you have shown us this week. The amount of calls we have received for take out has been amazing and I would like to apologize to anyone who couldn’t reach us on the phone. If you get no answer it’s because by 7 pm we have orders booked up to the end of the night. Also if you want to eat in, I would recommend calling first to see if there are any tables available. I’m saddened when someone takes the time to drive out to our place to share in our food and company, only to be turned away at the door. Cheers!

ATTENTION Sadly this will be our last week Final day: Sat. July 14th.... The landlord has unexpectedly forced us out of business so he can sell the building to developers. This will be your last chance for a Jealousy, Pilaf, Spring rolls or anything else you’ve enjoyed from our menu. Our Debit will be down so it will be CASH ONLY this week. It's ironic that the restaurant celebrated its 10th anniversary this month. Yupa and I would like to give thanks to all our customers who have supported us over the last ten years and to all of those who voted us best Thai Restaurant in the Tri-cities for the past 8 years. It has been our pleasure to serve you the best food we could provide, created by Yupa with love. Yupa is planning to write an 'All Thai'd Up' Cook book so she can share all that she has offered on her menu and more.
