Please consider donating to the food drive or coming out and being part of a team that will canvas the town. In the past the Town has been very generous. Thank you very much for your support.

Good Morning Church May this Sunday be a blessed day as you interact with God's People. As you experience the day with Family and Friends. I choose life in Jesus Christ. It allows me the fullness of living and keeps my life on track.... I like the picture of the roses because it reminds me of love. Which was extended to me by My God and those around me. Smile and be a rose to someone else today. God bless and keep you and make his face to shine upon you as you give the love of God away today Pastor Kim

The only thought for us today is that God in his love thought we are worth redeeming. Today is the day to become that child of God that he redeemed us to be. God knows your passed and heart but wants to redeem you and walk with you today. Will you seek him out and accept His offer?

We learn by trial and error. Sometimes errors bring discomfort and pain. But we grow in many areas through trial. So whatever trial you face today embrace it and ask what can I learn from this error. I like the words of Zechariah Chapter 12-13... And I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy, so that, when they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only chi...ld, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn... On that day there shall be a fountain opened for the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, to cleanse them from sin and uncleanness. (Zechariah 12:1013:1, ESV) Jesus is the way the truth and the life, which was purchased for us through His obedience to the cross and resurrection from the dead. Because of Jesus pained obedience we are made spiritually alive. Thank you God

This Weekend is Easter. It is a time when the Christian world remembers the sacrifice that Jesus Christ the Son of God made on their behalf for their spiritual healing and redemption. Let me clearly state to all of you and to all the people of Israel that he was healed by the powerful name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, the man you crucified but whom God raised from the dead. For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says, ‘The stone that you builders reje...cted has now become the cornerstone.’ There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. -Acts 4:1012, NLT But Why the Roman Cross which was a symbol of guilt, shame and torture? The Cross was meant to be a symbol of evil, pain and punishment but God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) redeemed it to be a Symbol of hope, love, freedom and peace. The Cross was meant to off load the blame of death on another party. Some in the Sanhedrin, (religious teachers, rulers) despised Jesus for challenging their system of life and control that they exerted over others. Jesus was calling people back to the God found in the prophets and Jewish Torah. Today we do much the same thing as we consider the words contained in the Bible. God challenges us to different way of life than what we experience in the world today. We want to blame others for our short comings and blind spots. The cross reminds us of a time when God so loved the world that He sacrificed His one and only Son for our short comings, so we could gain a relationship with Him personally. The Apostle John records these words: Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you, so that you will love one another. (John 15:1317, ESV) The cross in the picture bears many fingerprints of children who have heard the message of God. In some respects our fingerprints are also on the cross. God is patiently waiting for you and I to acknowledge His Lordship through love and friendship. Will you accept the Love of God today in your life through Jesus Christ? Prayer: Father, in a time like this, I look to you and Jesus Christ your Son. I recognize that my life at this point needs to be redeemed from the uncertainty, unhappiness and fear that I am experiencing right now. I ask that you would accept me just as I am and forgive my sins. Give me peace as I seek you with all my heart. Thank you for dying on the cross for me. In Jesus' name - Amen

It Thursday evening of passion week. Jesus is eating the Passover meal with his Disciples one last time. The Gospel of John records the events and last teaching of Jesus before his arrest and death. Jesus understood his disciples questions, insecurities and fear. Soon His disciples would receive great power. Jesus wants them to understand that greatest and influence can only be sot as a servant. That God the Father has made provision for them with the coming of the Holy Spi...rit. Their belief will be tested with activities to come and betrayal within their party. They will fail because of their fear, confusion and disappointment Jesus has already forgiven them. Today we face similar situations in our lives. We have fear and uncertainty about our future and the changed world we live in. We will be tested by those who have no place for Jesus Christ in their lives and are angry of those who are Christians. Our prayers at times may seemed unanswered by God but Jesus wants us to understand and remember several things. First, we have the Holy Spirit to guide us and teach us as we walk out our life. Second, we have eternal life as Jesus prepares a place for us with our Father God in His house. Thirdly, we are not just servants and pawns in God plan but Friends which are loved and unified with God. These things are based upon our faith, belief and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Tomorrow is Good Friday, we will remember love incarnate. Have a blessed Easter See more
