The economic outlook is looking fairly positive with global economies looking to open up somewhat with vaccine rollouts worldwide. We have see the bond market strengthen. We had been hovering with a bit of a higher bond rate since November without any movement. We have seen a significant spike most recently. What does this mean for you? This means fixed rates will start to recover shortly as the bo...nd market now mirrors where it was last April. It appears we have hit bottom rate wise and we see a shift upwards in the near term.
