WE ARE OPEN FOR ALL! Face shield, gloves, front desk shield, face masks, disinfectant, hand soap, hand alcohol gel, and only ONE patient in the clinic at a time (which was pretty much our routine anyway!). We will do screening, and soon will have a no-contact temperature tester added. ... It's all about gradually easing back to normal, and YOUR safety is first. We offer video consultations for those who need help with any painful issue. Our regular rates have been reduced for these consults. Give us a call if you need to!!

Just a reminder to all: please stay physically active - use the stairs in your home a few times extra, lift some weights, go for walks, ride a bike (all with good "social distance"!), clean and start work in the yard if you can. Physical activity IS good for our immune systems, and it helps ground us mentally in these weird times.

A public service announcement re: COVID-19. At our clinic, we only see one patient at a time. No big shared therapy space with others. We ask all our patients to stay at home when they have any respiratory issues. And remind them of the self-care strategies we talked about. We ALWAYS wash our hands with soap, ALWAYS disinfect surfaces, after EACH patient visit. Be well.
