The single most important piece of advice health experts can give to help us stay safe from COVID-19 is this one: Wash your hands -- and studies have shown the vast majority of us are doing it wrong.

It’s National Infant Immunization Week #NIIW! Parents protect their children every day by holding hands when they cross the street, buckling them into car seats, and by making sure they’re vaccinated. Make sure your child’s vaccines are up-to-date so they can live long and healthy lives.

A report by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows nearly 40% of children ages 3 to 6 are using too much toothpaste. Children under 3 should... be using a smear of fluoride toothpaste. Children 3 to 6 should use a pea-size amount. CDC noted that 80% of parents began brushing baby’s teeth later than recommended by dental professionals.
