I found this "Diversity focuses on the makeup of your workforce demographics such as gender, race/ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, just to name a few, and inclusion is a measure of culture that enables diversity to thrive." .... so sort of that diversity is what you see when you look around your conference room and inclusion is having those diverse voices heard. International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) has a fellowship course that I complete each year. This is the first I have learned of this new benefit.
