So yesterday was the first day with mandatory masks. 99% of our customers are fantastic, understanding and appreciative under these very trying and difficult times but there are always a few that are not very supportive of new Covid/Bylaw rules. We only had 2 miserable people, one who was very verbally abusive to Tyler on the way in and out of the store which then prompted a call to 911. He left while talking to them and the call was then cancelled. The other one was wit...h me who refused to wear a mask because he has a medical condition and pulled out his puffer before he decided to tell me to stop being a dick! I do have asthma as do many of our employees and customers. He also then told me he doesn’t have Covid!! In my opinion, If you have a serious medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask you should not be out shopping! We have PC express that is basically free so there is no need to come into the store without a mask. If you need a couple of items we can also grab them for you and bring them out so you don’t have to come in. I ask to Please be respectful of all our staff, they are just trying to do their job.
