P U N C H + F L O W The newest All City Class! The best of both worlds, from box to flow . ... You got to be able to flow to box. On this journey, you’ll be brought to two peaks. Starting with HIIT, bag work, and light dumbbells. The intention is to feel like you’ve worked to your max here. You’ll then be guided through a deep stretch, where we counterbalance those tired muscles we use in boxing. Dear Instagram, this post won’t get a lot of likes. It’s been 18 months of adapt and overcome. It’s been a while of rolling with punches. We took some L’s we had some W’s. ... Our capacity is reduced, and our number of classes has been lowered in order to try to accommodate the new. On October 1st we will be increasing our prices to keep up with the costs of business. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continuous support. We are so grateful to be able to do what we do everyday, and to have such a solid community! New prices: Drop-in’s: $29 Monthly: $222 5 class pass: $139 10 class pass: $267 All existing monthly contracts will remain at their purchased rate for the duration of the contract. Potential Exposure COVID 19 Hey All City community, On top of the new order that was announced today we just recieved information that a client of ACA has tested positive for COVID 19. ... Although we have been practicing as many safety protocols as possible we need to inform you of the potential exposure in the following classes. Sunday Nov 1st 12pm 8 Count Sunday Nov 1st 1:15pm Private Class Monday Nov 2nd 650pm Private class Wednesday Nov 4th 530pm 8 Count Wednesday Nov 4th 650pm Private class Everyone who has attended those classes has been notified but please monitor yourselves and stay safe!! Even if the exposure is low risk we are taking this time to review policies, clean the studio and continue to remain closed until the order is lifted and safety plan approved. COVID Studio Policies As we exit the summer it’s especially important to be extra diligent. Please review our policies below when choosing to come to a class at our studio! - only arrive max 10 mins before class. We use the extra time between classes to clean and try to minimize the amount of time people are in the studio.... - bring your own equipment! We have wraps $15 and gloves $40-$69 for sale. Sorry no borrowing! - lockers and showers are not available at this time. - temperatures are taken upon arrival for both staff & clients. - once you arrive in the studio keep social distance from others and head straight to your bag. - NEW MEASURE we are asking clients (and staff)to please wear their masks when they enter the studio and keep them on until they reach their designated bag.
