Just before Christmas, an old client called me to help with some health issues. I hadn’t heard from her in over 15 years. At that time she was living in Edmonton and had serious allergies to cats, whenever she would visit her son out of town, she’d have to stay in a hotel room because she couldn't even visit her sons home which had a cat. I would like to give my testimonial of my journey with Louise Grenier from very bad health back to normal life. I have suffered with stomach issues for many years and they gradually became unbearable. GERD acid reflux, so much inflammation through out my body I would hardly walk on my feet they were so painful. The medical system offers drugs that suppress symptoms. But symptoms are your body's attempt to heal or re-establish balance and repair. Inflammation brings blood with all its nutrients (oxygen, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, white blood cells, platelets...) to an area of the body and flush out toxins at the same time. E.g., cramps may be a sign of lacking magnesium; fever is your immune system heating up in order to destroy virus' or bacteria; cholesterol is everywhere in... your body making up every cell, and will patch (repair) microscopic damage to the lining of your blood vessels... Taking care of the causal factor will make symptoms disappear. While taking drugs to suppress symptoms and feel better, will leave the causal factor there and the symptoms will be back as soon as the effect of the drugs is done. It is primordial to address the cause. In other words, the problem will still be present if nothing is done to take care of it. If there is a red flashing light on your car’s dashboard, you can hide it with a duck tape or you can visit your mechanic guy to look for the problem and fix it. To help a person suffering from migraines or fibromyalgia or any other health challenge, we need to work as a detective. Is the migraine caused by metal toxicity, gut toxicity, leaky gut, food allergies or sensitivities, insufficient of certain minerals, or too many toxins, lack of hydration (basic but common), or emotional trauma playing in the subconscious without the person being aware? When we know the cause, it is easier to determine a helpful solution.

Certain dogs are sensitive to shifts in energy and can detect a seizure or a migraine coming on before the start of symptoms. Some dogs can feel the change of energy around the person. To help people with migraines, we need to address the energy of the person to be sure it is flowing with ease. Diseases happen where there is stagnation in the body.

Today my daughter gave me chard from her garden. There are ways to make it even more healthy, by fermenting it. I made one jar with the stem and one jar with the leaves.
