Our goal is to make your vision a reality. . . .... The height of this @timbertech deck was right where the foundation of the house meets the frame, making it complicated to support the deck. Also, the earth around the house was soft and sandy, a recipe for a moving deck. Our solution was to build on Postech Screw Piles. The main frame of the deck is anchored down 7-12 feet with seventeen 12 in steel plates. . . . Originally this deck was going to have 3 separate sets of stairs. After the frame was complete the clients asked if we could build a perimeter step instead. As you can see, we made their dream come true. @ Fort Langley

This was a fun set of stairs we built 2 years ago. The client wanted stairs down to the ravine behind her house, but the ground was too steep. So we built off the trees! Framed in away that allows the trees to grow. . . .... We came back recently because the tree's growth was damaging some of the original connections. We designed new brackets out of 1/4" steel plates that won't be affected by the growth of the tree. . . . A perfect example of how we stand behind (and on top of) our work. @ Langley, British Columbia
