We are working on getting our pre-sign in app up and running, sorry for delays! New schedule goes up later today
This is the current rule set. Starting next week we will have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based, Muay Thai based, boxing based adult fitness classes including technical work, bag work and conditioning. For our youth program we will be running technical and conditioning work. As we have been doing since re-openning in june, all classes will be adhering to government guidelines. ... We believe we have the basic guidelines in which to operate. We will get further confirmation from health officials today and have our new operating system prepared for Monday. Thank you everyone for your patience and support. Training will continue with a few changes. NO YOUTH MUAY THAI FRIDAY THO, we will need the next 48hrs to reorganize and restructure our Training. Combat conditioning postponed until next week, with new covid protocol, combat conditioning fits under the "fitness class" umbrella. Masks in all common areas 2. No spectators ... 3. Temp check (wrist upon entering training area) 4. All equipment sanitized after every use. 5. Mats sanitized 3 times daily. 6.
